Meet Oswald, a gentle giant with a heart as big as his frame. This lovable fellow is believed to bea fun blend of Rhodesian Ridgeback and Great Dane, though it is his Ridgeback side that shinesthrough most prominently. His coat boasts a striking red sable coloring, a rich blend of reddish-brown with distinctive black-tipped fur and a stunning face mask. Although he is a larger dog, Oswald exudes a certain grace that is a joy to watch. His eyes, largeand inquisitive, reflect the kindness and intelligence that radiates from within. Oswald'saffectionate nature is undeniable; he's quick to offer love and companionship to anyone andeveryone he meets. While Oswald's size and exuberance may require a bit of understanding, especially with smallerchildren, his amiable nature makes him a wonderful companion for families with priorexperience handling larger breeds. This delightful pup enjoys the companionship of other dogs, once they have been properlyintroduced. He has had some struggles with dog reactivity, but is doing great with training, andwill only continue to improve with a consistent, patient, and strong owner. He has not spentmuch time inside around cats, but is comfortable seeing and walking near them while on outside. When it comes to care, Oswald is fine with a quiet day inside, but also loves to get out, whetherit’s the beach or a local walking trail. On walks, he's a model of composure, walking wonderfullyon leash and very responsive to corrections. In essence, Oswald is an absolute sweetheart justlooking for his forever people.
