Adopt Kirby a White - with Black Australian Cattle Dog / Australian Shepherd /

We adopted Kirby about 8 months ago, unfortunately we did not know that much about him when we adopted him. He is a good boy, but needs so much more that we can give him. We have aging parents and young family parents who we cannot welcome into our home due to his resource guarding tendencies. Kirby also has some issues with urban life and urban noises--he is very protective of our house and does not like noises that come from outside of it. He also has a hard time with some bicycles. However, Kirby is such a wonderful snuggler and would like to spend all day with us, by our side, if possible. He seeks nothing but the love of his people. We have worked with Kirby to overcome many of his reactive tendencies, but he needs some more work. We do not want to give him back to the shelter (where we got him) so that he has to redo this all over again. He needs an experienced ACD owner who can give him loving guidance. An ideal setting would be on a piece of property with space.
